The Arizona Community Foundation is offering up to $10,000 in grants to local nonprofit organizations in the Verde Valley, which includes Sedona, reports the Mountain Signals.
The money will go to groups that do things like provide after-school programs for at-risk children, help high school students apply for college, or support the arts, per the foundation's website.
The applications will be accepted until Aug.
21, and three workshops will be held to explain eligibility, how to apply, and general application tips.
